I realy liked this one it does contain lot of worthy informations which could help in your busy practice ,, its so nicely presented and contain real fun while browsing it .... I even love to read in it during my plane trips or my vacant times

The vast majority of topics appear to be soundly evidence based. This is my most trusted and frequently used clinical resource. I made my first purchase six years ago and have purchased two newer versions since. While there are updates to each version, the versions that come out later have material not included in the updates.
Organized outlines and very helpful contents! Least app crashes. Highly recommended.
Im a physician assistant student and use this every day. Great resource for basic info including definition, etiology, symptoms, exam findings, and tx. An invaluable tool to have in clinic and a lot faster to use than the book. GREAT APPLICATION!!
This electronic version of the 5MCC really does give one the most essential clinical information for a huge number of medical topics, and in 5 minutes or less for each! Very impressive. The algorithms need some improvement though - not all completely current. Still, overall works well in iPhone OS.
I have read the unflattering reviews of this app and I have to say that Unbound must have done quite a job of revamping. 5mcc is tremendously useful as is the included bonus peds content.
Some bad moments
I paid 80$ for this and had it on my itouch. I lost the itouch and I have an iPhone now and they Want me to pay another 80$! How greedy can they be? When I buy a book off kindle I dont have to keep paying to use it on a different device. I could have just bought their book and always had rights to use it unlike their software version that you cant use even if you pay for it.
This mobile app is separate from the web site. To get both you will have to pay for both the web and mobile. Used to be all included
The app was a champ and for months after my expiration date it worked fine without updating. Then the new version will not let me even look at the old version!!! If I dont want to renew for the current version, I should be able to look at the version I paid for. Should be in iBooks. DONT BUY UNLESS YOUR WORK PAYS FOR IT!!!!
I can not comment on the app because although I paid the $99 for the subscription. I have yet to know how the app actually works. This has so far been the worst user experience. In summary, theyve had my money for the subscription for several days and creating an account just to accesses this "wonderful" app is a mystery to say the least.
I purchased this several days ago and have not successfully logged on. Payment has been processed but I had no login information provided for me. I emailed support to ask for it and was given a link to activate my account. The link sends me to a web page and proceeds to say my account is activated but creating a password or username was no where to be found. I finally called support to set up my account. I then tried to access the account and yesterday I had "fun" (sarcastically) trying to have the app download. After numerous timeouts I gave up and tried again today. Now, mysteriously, my account is invalid.
RECAP: They have my money and I have yet to utilize what seemed to be a very helpful app. Spending time just to get up and running has not been a pleasant experience and the company should really evaluate is process. Tomorrow, I will try to call support again to find out what the problem is. For almost $100, I would assume a better experience. At this rate I might as well use Web MD or the internet. At least then I can access the information.
I too cannot get access even though I have the app. It should be easier
Just be aware that this app is NOT free. I checked into this product after other reviewers were claiming that it was so much better than Tarascons reference because of the cost. That was untrue. Apparently, there has also been a price increase for the subscription to $99/year. That seems excessive to me.
