Terrible service

I paid 80$ for this and had it on my itouch. I lost the itouch and I have an iPhone now and they Want me to pay another 80$! How greedy can they be? When I buy a book off kindle I dont have to keep paying to use it on a different device. I could have just bought their book and always had rights to use it unlike their software version that you cant use even if you pay for it.
