Has epidemiology, dx, tx first line and alternate, what I would look for on PE. I used it everyday for PA school.

Im a new grad who bought the book late in clinicals. I just love this app. So many great features. Worth every penny!

Seems comprehensive but some details that i need are not there such as specific dosages, length of therapy of meds. I paid a hundred bucks for yr subscription, a bit too expensive, but overall the app is helpful.

The content is excellent and the app lets me quickly look up what I need.

I have used this app for the past 10 years, as a student and in practice. This is a great app, very easy to use, and I frequently show its information to my patients. The only thing that I find a bit negative is that the duration of doses is frequently absent but this is the case with many apps and references anyway. Well worth the money for Internal Medicine, family Medicine, and Emergency Medicine.

Your get to use the App for a year, then it is useless and you have to pay another $99. You can buy the book and use it for a few years until it is obsolete. You can’t do that with this app. Access is restricted at the end of the version. When you consider the definition of obsolete, it is moving target for something like this. By the time it is organized, published and sold, it contains info that is out of date. Most info such as physical signs and lab findings, rarely go out of date, so you are down to things like therapy, which is weakly covered in this app and should be looked up for current recommendations anyway.

Cannot get the stupid program to dowload again after it got lost to me. No help available, very difficult to work with.!

As a busy NP, I have used this on the run for over 12 years and found it succinct and very informative- just enough info at just the right moment. And thanks for keeping it current! cm
